		<description><![CDATA[One of my family&#8217;s all time favorites. Its critical not to heat your oil to much or you end up burning the bread crumbs before the chicken cooks. I also pound the chicken to make it even in thickness.
One last item to note.. I use Garlic Olive Oil to cook with.

<p>This was awesome!</p>

3) I used 5 chicken breasts.</p>
<p>The Lime-Cilantro Crema was a hit.. and adds such a nice flavor to the taco. I put a nice spread of it on my tortilla and then added my chicken and toppings.</p>
