Tonight we did this baked chicken and it was very simple and easy. The whole family liked it and it will be made again. I added some sliced carrots in with the Broccoli to add some sweetness. Turned out well.

April 6th is my best friends birthday..

April 6th is when I was admitted to hospital in 2006 for a serious issue with a knee surgery and went through the worst pain in my life.

April 6th is when my dog was born in 2006. We named him Duke due to hospital issue above. He is truly a member of this family and is a great addition. Makes me laugh and smile everyday.. Anyway he turned 1 today and I baked him some “special” dog cookies and we went swimming, his favorite thing to do.

I finally got to meet my Nephew David Lewis and he is very cute and I am very blessed as an uncle. Here are some pictures of him in the Jacuzzi with us.. (we only had it at 98 degrees, before you send me an email).
